Player icons for your team don't show up, just the arrow of their direction or elevation indicator.

There are five players alive on T but none of them show up on the radar.

Can someone please confirm this is still an issue since the 64 bit client update?

Yes still an issue. Maybe i should add that it only happens if you spectating someone who has a zoomable weapon and is not scoped in. As soon as he scopes in the icons appear.
