Ultrawide (21:9) GUI/HUD Issues

I have checked for system updates.

Issue:

Many GUI/HUD elements are askew while using an ultrawide resolution (in my case 2560x1080, although this issue is present for others with 21:9 resolutions/monitors as well).

When joining a map, the "Enter" button is completely cut-off, forcing the user to use the return/enter key.
The team selection screen is off-vertical-center. This is a smaller thing, but nonetheless.
The scoreboard is nearly halfway off the bottom of the screen. If there are any player that I want to send friends requests to, mute, or (especially) report, I can't do so often because of the fact that they aren't even shown on screen.
The weapon selection screen is off-canter, with weapons showing up in odd spots.
The large-scale map (the one that can be seen during death) is cut off on the top and bottom of the screen.
- The economy/money ticker is inside the radar.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

'Options' -> 'Aspect Ratio': 'Widescreen 16:9'
'Options' -> 'Resolution': '2560 x 1080' (in my case, although any ultrawide [21:9] resolution will reproduce)

Possibly of interest: 21:9 issues don't occur at 32:9 ratio.

Just did the math. According to the steam hardware survey, approx 1% of people use 21:9 monitors. There are around 11 million unique players this month. This means that around 110,000 people who play csgo will have the 21:9 resolution which I think is enough people to warrant a fix.

The fix is important! These days, more and more people are buying a 21: 9 monitor. These monitors are getting cheaper and more affordable! 3440x1440 @ 21:9

+1 This is a major issue of user interface. Would be really great if it was fixed, - now it is just unpleasant to play CS;GO.

VALVE probably does not interest it! The only thing that is of interest, is the money! How hard can it be to fix the UI at 21: 9 !!! Any cheap company does, but a multi-million dollar company is not in a position to do so! Already a bitter certificate of poverty for a company of this size!

It is pretty annoying when you want to mute someone and you can't because the scoreboard is cutted.

Wrote an email to Newell about this, because for me it is just seems like complete nonsense, that such a popular game from such a respectable company has these kind of hideous UI issues. I mean it's not like CS does not bring any profits for Valve, to justify this kind of shitty support. I bet the profits are quite huge in fact.. It is just plain shameful to be honest.
