I'm not on linux (win10), BUT I have the exactly same issue! Its the same message that is showing in my console, pls help somebody. One thing I don't understand what would really help: Is the problem locally on my computr or could it be possible that it is my ISP? I turned already my virus scanner off (just temporarly oc), disabled all non-microsoft services, deinstalled csgo and reinstalled it, set csgo and all steam processes to high priority, played with the ingame commands and runned a ping test to the remoe host while I was playing. Nothing works I have this lag constantly every 20 min.
Also witnessed what might be the same issue with another player, though can't be for certain. I'll watch for more of these messages.
Here is the error message my console gave me:

Happens 2 or 3 times over the course of a few hours. My underlying internet connection is fine.
Given the ID ([A:1:5830665:9324]) it appears to be an issue with the Steam Datagram Relay protocol (which I had no idea was a thing until recently). Can I disable the SDR and go back to the old school protocol which doesn't randomly disconnect me from games until the issue is fixed??
I'd also like to note that there are many discussion posts in the CSGO Steam forum regarding this exact error that coincide with the 11/20/2017 update. I think the issue affects more people than what is represented here.
In my case this error appears with freezing game(SIGSTOP), but not often(1-2 times per month).
Same here, happens every few games.
The disconnects don't seem to be happening on death match. It happens very frequently on Casual and War Games though.
Are there any other logs I could provide which might help fix the situation?
It is happening more than 3 times on Competitive and also happening on Casuals and Death-match servers . It seems no one wants to fix it. It is also causing high ping and I'm missing my shots.
@bijoyd019 Are you still experiencing the disconnects?? I've played a good while over the past two days without any issues. Update or coincidence?? I haven't played a day since November and not been disconnected. I was thinking perhaps the 02/08/2018 update might have fixed the disconnects. They listed this in the update:
– No longer exposing the server IP to clients in a circumstance where it wasn’t necessary. This should help prevent some DoS attacks.
It might have been related to this issue as the IPs were being listed in the console. Perhaps there were other fixes behind the scenes that have put an end to the random disconnects.

I tied a match (15x15) where I disconnected while defusing the bomb after a clutch. Valve have the worst servers with 64 ticks, that's really disconcerting.
@astutejoe I've not had issues since the 7th, but maybe it isn't fixed then. I sympathize with you. It always seems to be THE WORST moment to disconnect, and ruins the game.
same problem, please some solution, in my network I have solved everything, in the computer too. it's just you release the access.

Same issue here. I have a video of the console error message but it's pretty low quality. I run Windows 10 with 16 gigs of ram. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ArkUZLombpE
Windows 10, 8GB RAM. Experiencing this issue in approximately 50% of matches. Trying to play competitive is near-impossible because it happens after ~90% of deaths and then can't always rejoin in time for start of next round.
Here is video of the crash itself followed by inspecting console errors: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w21RtC1cUxI
If others are still experiencing this issue, then I'd like to leave it open. I just wanted to mention that I've not had the issue in over a month, and it plagued me Every Single Day from 11/20/2017 to 02/08/2018. I hope it is fixed for all.

When the crash happens and I'm taken back to the home screen, I noticed that Steam is offline as well. I will get a screen capture soon. What happens when it crashes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A-PPAWhYTdA Got the console report. Here's what it said: https://pastebin.com/rsMZs1tx
Seems to worsen the longer I've had cs:go open. Crash also is very likely to occur immediately after dieing. Experienced it again today, second match I played.
@nightsky30 I'm not playing this game anymore it's been 45 days since I last played. This game is totally unplayable because of high ping. I used to play matches on stable 25-30ms but as you mentioned earlier since November I'm also having these high ping issues(85-120ms) and also frequently disconnected from Competitive, Death and causal matches. And finally stopped playing CSGO at the end of January. I used to be great player but now suck at every weapon because of high ping I experienced lag in almost every matches. Missing shots even after aiming properly and . I contacted my ISP but they could help with the high ping situation they also informed me that there might be some problem with servers I'm playing in. I did everything that i could to fix it but i failed so stopped playing.
I have the same problem. The first time it occurred was in January for 3 days. I didn't change anything but it was gone. The second time was a few weeks ago. And now i have it again... I cannot find an solution. I might reset my computer and hope that this fixes the problem

I've figured out the problem, at least for me. The next time this happens to any of you, quickly open the Steam browser and check if the internet is offline. If it is, it's not CS:GO, it's your internet. I observed even when I'm not on CS:GO, for example, just browsing the web, my internet connection is lost when my phone is on or a notification goes off. I'm on ethernet, so I don't know how this is happening, but I think my phone is taking up too much bandwidth on my router or something like that. I hope this helps, but this may just be a case-by-case issue.
Just noticed on line 369 of my Pastebin link for the crash report, it says this.
Lost connectivity to ALL Steam Datagram routing clusters. Possible problem with local internet connection?
This further proves my point that my whole connection to the internet is offline, not just Counter-Strike.
And then line 382 & 383
Router network: Lost
End-to-end connection: closed due to problem detected locally, reason code 3002. (Lost connection to all relays. Check Internet connection)
Not seeing this in anyone else's console reports though. Next time this happens to any of you, check for these lines.
@suhwoop Indeed it could be our connections but still, as a UDP based game it should as always wait for 25 seconds of timeout until considered a disconnection, not straight out disconnect. I say this because I'm returned to the menu and then I can promptly click on reconnect and everything goes fine. If 25 seconds were counted, probably on the 15ish I would be able to return to my game without losing the round.
I had same issue, actually problem was in my local network configuration. I made some changes in network settings and set DNS server address to 8.8.8.8, so try it out.
Yeah I'm now aswell 100% sure that the issue is in my local network. Played at my friend's with the Laptop I'm playing at home too and I didn't had any problems. I'm experiencing the same issue in other games aswell but they've a netter fallback so I won't disconnect every time.
Alright, so this hasn't happened to me for a while, so until it does I can't do anything to contribute to the thread. I haven't changed my router or anything, it just went away. Someone try what @cenyG said and see if that fixes the issue for you. Hopefully, we can finally resolve this weird error and close this thread once and for all.
This lovely issue has appeared again...

It happened to me once too, happened after I got a sudden drop in my connection quality, and packets started dropping. After a while it came back to normal but few minutes later I got disconnected. It looks like if there are packets dropped, for some weird reason, Steam is not able to sustain a connection to Valve's servers causing a status change for all running applications under Steam.

Been getting some realy random lag spikes and then kicked from arms race and DZ matches moments later. This has been going on the past few days. I'm on a wired ethernet connection. My internet connection is fine. The following message is displayed in the GUI:

It's happened continuously for the past week and a half.
Same issue here, but it only happens on competitive, I play a lot on dethmatch and it never happened
Any update on this? Facing the same issue on Arch on 2020
Any update on this? Facing the same issue on Arch on 2020
currently, no. because Valve disabled net_client_steamdatagram_enable_override "-1" also sdr commands.
I have some workaround.
Thanks for your update @Garry050! What still bugs me is that:
so unstable connection on Arch Linux? I think you need check ethernet driver and MTU setting.
Oh man, the MTU config did the trick!
Thank you so so so much!
Having this issue right now. Getting auto disconnected randomly, multiple times per game. Seems to only affect casual and competitive, deathmatch works fine.
I tried configuring my MTU from 1500 to 1492, and even tried 1000. No dice.
After clearing my wireless networks and restarting steam and rebooting, it will randomly clear up and I can play. I can't replicate this fix though, it seems to clear up when it feels like it.
I'm on Arch. Quite annoying as I'd like to ditch Windows as soon as possible, but I don't get this problem there.
It happens to me today and now the problems are very annoying in 2023 I live in Indonesia and the closest datacenter available are sgp, hkg and maa and yet there's no list in this log.
