Player avatars duplicated in Arms Race ranking with Panorama

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Noticed duplicate users listed in the match ranking at the top of the screen during Arms Race. The duplicates are the two players listed at the far right. One duplicate was the current player (indicated in two spots with avatar highlighted) while the other duplicate was of the currently ranked leader (look closely at the 1st ranked level 16 avatar at the left and compare to the level 14).

The duplicates seemed to stay at that same level as when they appeared the rest of the match. The match / server was not full. This perhaps allowed the glitch to occur and remain visible as full matches would most likely push duplicate avatars off the ranking when other players leveled up.

Update: I initially thought there might have been some player ranking order issues as well until I noticed the level 14 player was also a duplicate.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Start CSGO
2. play a match
3. Enter a match / server that has only a few players
4. Randomly see duplicate avatars
