No reverb in Scaleform UI but persistent, unchanging reverb effect in Panorama UI

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I can hear a persistent reverb effect which is always there, regardless of the map played or my location on the map. I would expect different environments/areas to change their reverb effect, but it sounds as if this reverb effect is constantly enabled.

It's a rather annoying reverb too, it sounds as though even ambient noises are affecting the reverb, causing a tinny echo in my headset.
