DM on Subzero - Unable to move when spawned in here.

While playing Deathmatch on Subzero I died and got respawned at this location. I was unable to move from said spawn point. I died when I lost the firefight with the T-side guy seen jumping into frame in the screenshot below, at which point I respawned in a location where I could move again. Later that match, I noticed other players and BOTs stuck in that same spawn point, but did not capture a screenshot of it.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Play Deathmatch on Subzero
2. Get spawned in at the location shown in the image above
3. Be unable to move

I can confirm this issue as well. Played DM on de_subzero. After a while, I spawned in the exact same spot and I could not move.

When I spawned I noticed my weapon accuracy was inaccurate. It seems from those screenshots that the player spawns mid-air and locks there. Maybe an invisible clipping or solid object/wall was displaced properly and the player spawns partially into it and mid-air? This is more than likely a mapping mistake as I tried this on my own server and 128 tick and the issue persisted.
