"Copied your code to clipboard" no translation

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

After making my own text-mod in CS:GO I found string that cannot be translated in csgo_language.txt file. This string is "Copied your code to clipboard" that can be seen, when we copy our friend-code that can be used by someone to add a friend in steam/CS:GO. The problem is that text is set directly in source code, not looking for translation in specific file.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open CS:GO
2. Swipe to right and open friends tab
3. Click "Add friend", then click "Copy your code"
4. Text "Copied your code to clipboard" will show

Sorry @kisak-valve , the "WatchMenu_Share_Link_Copied" was only an example how the CS:GO use translations. The problem is based on "Copied your code to clipboard" text. Updated title and cropped some issue text.
