[BUG] FBI skin have bad hitboxes

This Server bug(s) OS: Ubuntu 16.04 x64

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When CT team spawn with FBI skin, they have bug with they hitboxes.

Shoot the wall behind which the CT of the FBI-Enemy is located and you will kill him as if there were no walls at all. Shoot near the player's FBI and the damage will still be inflicted.

I hope you fix it. Because when anybody have this skin, T side killing all CT side :c

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Tested on cs_office map

1. Run map [cs_office]
2. Find player/bot with FBI skin. [when I test, all CT side have FBI skin]
3. Try shoot on wall or shoot near the CT with FBI skin.
4. Profit

Some info

I record some video on my server, where this bug(s) is work. Server have SM, MM and SM Plugins. But Without they (SM/MM) all stay the same. If you need, I can write time line(s) with bug(s).
