[Panorama] Non-HDR maps causes client disconnects on mapchange

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

After Panorama update, if map is non-HDR, on mapchange client can't reconnect to server

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Change map for non-HDR
2. Wait for mapchange
3. See a "Map changing" for a long time on clients

I ll attach system info later. And, if you disable panorama client succesfully reconnects after mapchange.

I confirm problem on commynity servers. Every time when map changes, many players game crashes. Valve, please pay attention to this problem.

Hi. Try to use only HDR maps. Hopefully it's can help to avoid crashes of game client.

Same problem here. It's been here since panorama got released. A lot of people crash(gamecrash) on mapchange

Well, this is issue exists too long without any labels. Maybe it's time try to react on this dumbest issue?

As i think, developers are receives plan with required fixes and features, and just do him. Maybe the time has come when you need to at least respond to this problem?

For start, just apply labels to issue. Let us know that developers are aware of the problem. Please.
