Community server listing problem

Hi,

Our servers are not listing in server browser unless we search for spesific tags/filters. as far as i read in https://github.com/ValveSoftware/halflife/issues/769#issuecomment-14911540 Server browser works with an algorithm that compares distance between src ip location and dst ip location. Our server ip addresses are new(recently rented from RIPE), so valve doesn't know these ip addreses for Turkey and not list them in server browser for Turkey players unless they use spesific tags/filters.

IP addresses : 45.10.56.0/22 I send these ip addresses here because i couldn't find any contact form/e-mail on your website.

Please set this ip addresses to it's new location(Turkey).

I confirm !!! Most players do not see my 10 servers in CS:GO. They try to find it in search of servers, but they do not find it. If you search by tags, then everything is fine.

My servers are located in Moscow (Russia), I am from the city of Tyumen (Russia) Distance between cities 2000 km, ping 40. I very often do not see my servers in the master server ... this is not the case at all ... And most players just don't see my servers.

Hello! I use sv_region "3" on all my servers (EU/Kiev). Servers show only Europe and All (World) filter settings... If i use sv_region "255" or "-1" my servers not show! only find all world!!! FILTER SETTINGS

I confirm that I have the same problem as guys above I have noticed that my newest servers can't get such a audience like previous servers at start. I don't know maybe this issue is related to CS:GO Server list algorithm or Russian internet providers. Hope you will figure out what is the reason of the problem and fix it.

I had the same issue with 2 of 3 servers i tried to host in Russia. 1st one worked well, every few minutes we had a new connecting player, and in few days we had 10-20 players online, but we closed that server after a month. It was in 2015. 2 years later we tried to host a server again and no one connected in 2 weeks. Server was only visible when searching with tags. In the same time our Ukrainian server was clearly visible in server browser and still had players connecting every few minutes. In 2018 we tried to host a server in Russia again and it was still not visible in server browser, it was only visible when searching with tags. Every time it was different ip-address. Perhaps these problems started when Russian providers began to control and censure internet traffic in 2016.

What is the status of this one? My server got unlisted today after restarting server. Servers are hosted at 78.46.x.x range (Germany / Hetzner), my location is Croatia.

I cannot find concrete contact for this problem, I have already sent to csgoteamfeedback@valvesoftware.com, mail was successfully sent, but nobody answered to me for a couple of days.

I am hosting CS:GO server at 78.46.82.219 IP address, which is correctly geolocated in Germany for a least 10 years. When server was started, I've managed to find server in Community search browser without any filters.

On first refresh, when you type a tag, it was found. After one auto-restart in the morning, server is not visible anymore, only if I enter exact tag and make force refresh.

Please fix this, because I have feeling that many servers could not get players because of this issue. Server could not be easily found as the others. It does not depend on region setting.

I was trying on Steam search, same as on CS:GO game, no positive result. I have changed many IPs because they were simply not listed, this one got for a couple of days and that's it.

Two days ago, I also had this problem, the server is 150 km from me, traceroute is minimal, ping 10, but the server does not appear in the Steam browser and in the game. I live in Ukraine and the server is in Ukraine, but I can’t find it, but I can find Chinese ones in 30 seconds.

It takes days and weeks and months, a nothing still happened. Nothing changes. People all around the world have the same issue, but developers do not care at all. No logic, no feedback, no support to community from glorious bugmakers.
