IP Rate Limit Trouble #2297

Description

Hi there. In community servers I have some troubles with ip rate limit. Sometimes I get freeze server with some output in console (check screenshot) Watchdog didn't restart server with this freeze. Server just freeze and didn't responsive.

I didn't know, what is it: Bug or Exploit or some else?

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Make CSGO server
  2. ????
  3. Get ip rate limit msg 9999 times
  4. Get freeze
  5. Profit!

I'm having the same issue, occassional IP rate limits without any addons running, so it's just a new vanilla csgo server. I don't understand what it means or what I should do to fix this?
