Broken VGui fonts on Linux #2327

The choice of VGui fonts on the Linux version of the game is very poor.

VGui panels on community servers take up nearly half of the screen, because the font is much larger than on Windows. Net graph font outlines are cut off. In console some of the glyphs have wrong offsets making it very hard to read.

Please give the Linux version some love!

On Arch, package ttf-freefont makes it looks like that. Refer to #1880.

Console and net_graph looks relatively fine.
