Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
Didn't know about this for a while but when viewing a CSGO's streamers gameplay I noticed when shooting, reloading and equipping weapons all produced a nice echo/reverb effect in enclose spaces. When doing the same on my setup, no reverb was heard ever. I went further and tested it out on my younger brother's PC which uses Windows 10 and I can clearly hear the reverb/echo when shooting, reloading and equipping weapons.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Open a map like de_nuke
Go to place like mini/bombsite A or anywhere an echo/reverb might normally be heard and do the following with a weapon like the AK47: shoot, reload, and equip
No reverb is sounded. Its almost like the sound is "flat".
