[BUG] Lost Connection #2564

VDS System Information

OS: Debian 9

Description

Sometimes, server was lost connection. After that I can't connect to server or get info about him (like name, count of players, map and etc). But I can send rcon query and get answer/responsive from him.

My hosting would say what they didn't saw/find any network troubles on dedic/vds.

I have this trouble a few days. I do not know how I can fix that. Maybe here I get right answer.

I have more like one server on this dedic. All server on this dedic have the same trouble. BUT when one server "lost connect" other servers didn't lost him. IDK how it works.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Install and start csgo server.
  2. Wait 20-24h (idk why he lost connection in this time after start)
  3. ????
  4. Get lost connection.

Why I think what server just didn't crash and this all?

Yep, if I check server in this moment (where he "lost") by HLSW he didn't respond image

But, when I send rcon query (as I would say) I get response: image

How you can saw, only bots are play because all clients (players) can't connect to the server.

Note: I saw this issue #1960 So, maybe this the same trouble?

Today I try get info from SteamAPI about server what lost connection. How I saw:

{"response":{"success":true,"servers":[]}}

Response what I get would be empty. But, how you can saw on screenshot with black-console. Server have G ID (I mean [G:1:312...]. Did this say something?

I hope this info can help ... maybe no. I think server can lost connection with steam and didn't reconnect with him again?
