....same here on M1 Pro/16GB with macOS 12 All OS/Game updates downloaded and game files verified.
Not the more common "black screen" or "cannot click anything" issues, it simply doesn't spawn any Video overlay at all. fullscreen, novid or resolution launch parameters doesn't help nor change startup behaviour. It just creates a csgo_osx64 process which idles for some time with <1% CPU and 150MB mem usage until closes itself

Dear developers, I expected that CS:GO would open for me instead, the game would not open, while I used rosetta 2. All macOS and CS: GO updates were downloaded. I will attach an error in the file .txt .
