In OS X by default ctrl+click results in a right click. It's possible to remap the modifier keys (cmd, ctrl, alt) in System Preferences. If I switch places on cmd and ctrl and doing ctrl+click will not result in a right click. Pressing cmd+click will now result in a right click instead. In CS GO the key bindings settings will correctly recognize ctrl as being cmd. But when actually playing the game pressing ctrl+click is still interpreted as a right click.
