Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Tried launching the game with -vulkan. Game launches but doesn't show anything (check screenshot below). I can hear the sounds of me hovering over buttons and that's about it. I tried it without any launch options but -vulkan and it also doesn't work. Running game without -vulkan works perfectly fine.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Start game with -vulkan

What on earth is that background lol.

Anyway I just tried the vulkan version, it "works" fine, all menus and stuff are visible and clickable, but the game is unplayable (constant hitches, like half-second hitches), and this is on a 3090.

i like your 3090 Backgroud its roundet :) i like it :D run the game with gamemoderun launch option and make sure u have gamemode installed.

Lol I know what gamemode is, I've been compiling my own kernels and custom wine, proton, dxvk, and vkd3d-proton builds for literally years. This isn't something that gamemode is going to fix. (Especially since gamemode literally just sets your CPU performance governor to performance mode and if you configure it, it'll renice the game process).

I have a 3090 and 5900X. Running gamemode (which I was already using anyway) wouldn't account for an extra 150-200 fps (which is the difference I'm seeing between Vulkan and OpenGL)

can you launch the game normal without -vulkan option > I dont have any issue with DXVK i am with 5600x and 3060 TI !

I tried to launch it again today, but I had OBS open. Turns out that I can see the entire game perfectly fine in OBS. I can click on things etc. but it wont work on just my monitor.
