Crashing after launching

Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen.

1. Open csgo
2. Play Trailer with options to close it
3. and then close it

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Launch Csgo
2. crash after operation trailer without option to skip or close it, after it... crash without any errors, not even plying csgo logo :(
3. if you try to lauch again it's not showing trailer anymore till Verifying integrity of game files... but every time it's found 1 file
4. and then again showing only operation trailer without options to close or prevent to close it

Additional information

Think that fix it every time before launch i need change launch options from -full (fullscreen) and vulkan (-vulkan) to -sw (windowed) and change in settings to fullscreen to play and opposite from -sw (windowed) to -full (fullscreen) What i tried: Reinstalling game, reinstaling videocard drivers, used videocard for aplication (from intel integrated to Nvidia Via Optimus Manager) changing API from OpenGL to vulkan (with startup launch option -vulkan)

Try to use the -novid launch option too.

-novid will skip the "intro"
