CSGO crashing after an hour or so playing csgo with the new steam overlay.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Start steam with new overlay
2. Start CSGO
3. Play an hour or so

Most likely a duplicate of #3172 with a delay for some reason.

@dashiii3 Any chance that you either pressed shift+tab after said hour, or tried to view someone's profile, or otherwise did any action that would open up the overlay? If so, then it's indeed a duplicate of #3172 and kisak will probably move your report there
