11 months ago @tipu update your nvidia drivers to 535. This is an issue with nvidia-drivers:525 (which you're using).
On Ubuntu
sudo ubuntu-drivers install nvidia:535On Debian
See docs.nvidia.com. You just have to use the debian11 key as there isn't a Debian 12 key.

Steps for reproducing this issue:
it happened twice in a single match intermittently, nothing consistent about my behavior when it occurred.
