CS2: Mouse locks on X or Y axis when moving the mouse a bit slower

System information

OS: openSuse Tumbleweed (6.5.2-1 kernel version) CPU: Intel i3-8100 CPU @ 3.60Hz GPU: GTX 1070

Issue:

When I'm moving my mouse it sometimes locks to either the X or Y axis and it normalizes when I shake the mouse a bit.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open CS 2
2. Set all graphics to low, resolution to 1280x1024
3. Join any type of match
4. Move mouse in any direction slowly

I have:
