[CS2] Dropping a scopeable weapon while scoped, makes you get stuck in the scope FOV without any weapons

Here's how you reproduce the bug.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Hop on a game with bots on any map.
2. Open the console and type in mp_drop_knife_enable 1
3. Then drop all your weapons, including knife and anything else.
4. sv_cheats 1 or just get a scopeable weapon like SSG08
5. Then try it out with give weapon_ssg08, if it doesn't give you one, type
6. Ensure you only have that weapon equipped.
7. Scope in and then drop your weapon. Your FOV will be stuck like that until you pick any weapon up again.

Unfortunately if you pick up another weapon it goes back to normal :(
