try gamescope with the -r 144 parameter.
Ty, though i just checked gamescope (didn't know it existed) though from what i read the parameter -r will only limit the Frame-Rate. Why would that help with my Refreshrate issue?
Operating System Version: "Manjaro Linux" (64 bit) Kernel Name: Linux Kernel Version: 6.6.0-1-MANJARO X Server Vendor: The X.Org Foundation X Server Release: 12101008 X Window Manager: KWin Steam Runtime Version: steam-runtime_0.20230801.56012
Video Card: Driver: AMD AMD Radeon RX 6600 (navi23, LLVM 16.0.6, DRM 3.54, 6.6.0-1-MANJARO) Driver Version: 4.6 (Compatibility Profile) Mesa 23.1.9-manjaro1.1 OpenGL Version: 4.6 Desktop Color Depth: 24 bits per pixel Monitor Refresh Rate: 143 Hz
I noticed that CS2 changes the refreshrate when start with fullscreen without actually needing to do so. My refreshrate is set to 144hz, my screen reports it as an accurate refreshrate of 143.88. However CS2 doesn't seem to like that or consider that "real" 144hz (but there is no way to set it to 143.88 instead) so for that reason each time i'm starting CS it will change my refreshrate to something like straight 144Hz. Which is kinda annoying and makes alt+tabing slow due the switch in refreshrate.
