[CS 2] game_text doesn't work

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

The game_text entity doesn't work in CS 2. The text is not displayed at all.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Launch hammer and create a map with game_text
2. Open the game and go to the map with game_text
3. game_text doesn't work

Hello @razstiker, Counter-Strike 2 is not expected to have feature parity with Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. This is effectively a feature request to add game_text to the game.
