Slight frame delays on any input

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When doing any sorts of input, the game has slight "frame delays". When spectating another player and doing nothing. It appears smooth like it should on Windows.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. 555 Nvidia Driver, Latest version
2. Play game
3. Do any kind of input (keyboard, mouse)
4. See slight stutters

Is there any fix or workaround for this? I'm having this issue on both X11 and Wayland. It is very tiring and uncomfortable playing like this in a competitive fps game like cs2.
