Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I have a NVidia GeForce 1080 Ti (not clocked) and a Intel i7 8700k (Clocked to 5GHz).

I have really bad FPS compared to Windows.

I see the GPU only get's utilized for 50% on LOW graphics. In Windows I use HIGH settings and have MORE FPS. So I tried HIGH settings and still see 50% GPU utilization on Linux (Pop!_OS 22.04). I see the CPU only get's utilized for 50% in HIGH settings.

Steps for reproducing this issue:
