full vram causes smokes to not render. #3850

just like in title full vram causes smokes to not render it did happen for me today on ancient, realized only because OBS would throw a gpu vram memory error. Also it seems like there is a vram memory leak cause i did play 2 matches of DM before the premier game. (i have 8gb vram btw)
