[Linux] Spanish localization not working by default.

Im using Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 64 bits. When selecting the language Spanish in the languages tab of the properties menu of CS:GO the game is still showed in English. To force the game to use Spanish language for the menus and such i have to launch the game with -language spanish.

I'm having the same issue since September 2014 when valve released the Linux client...

PS: The client x64 has also lower performance in fps than x86 client (ATI HD 6750 --> AMD Crimson 15.12 Drivers)
