Mouse cursor is missing when using replay playback controls #74

So, when I watch replay and press Shift+F2 to open playback controls window, mouse cursor does not appear. Yes, there is pretty easy workaround: open map first (by pressing Ctrl), so the mouse cursor appears, then open playback controls window and use it. But if you use this workaround, you have no other option but looking at fullscreen map while you are using playback controls Anyway, looks like under Windows there is no such problem (for example, here: http://youtu.be/UvOV1-OvKmQ?t=8m35s ), so I assume it's Mac/Linux specific bug (I use Linux).

The mouse also feels very slow and shoppy when pressing esc. Btw, im pretty sure this has been reported already.

If you open and close the steam overlay the cursor re-appears too for me (this also works with the community server browser and other cases where the cursor disappears).

Still there on Manjaro

(Sorry it was a Xorg bug, not csgo, corrected now )

System cursor and in-game cursor is visible in my test. (Gentoo Linux)

UPDATE: It looks like the in-game cursor only spawned once due to an unknown factor. Also, in @alexandrpaliy's video, that looks like a system cursor, not the CS:GO in-game cursor.

UPDATE 2: in game cursor is shown if the scoreboard is active in the demo when opening the playback controls
