Skins bugged in inventory #987

All skins in my inventory have random scrambled pixels in the top half, and the bottom of the ct knife at the bottom half

Please include your system information from steam as requested at https://github.com/ValveSoftware/csgo-osx-linux#system-information, especially your OS, video card, and video driver version in use. If you can get a screenshot of the issue, also include that.
