This is just house keeping to update to the newly tagged release, its not to address any particular issue in gamescope (I saw the other comment about not messing with dependencies so I understand if this isn't wanted :D). There are two performance related patches since the previous version, they sound desirable and low risk but I couldn't say if they make any difference to gamescope, only that I didn't see any regression.
