gamescopestream: Add Gamescope Version #1388

Currently gamescopestream wont compile because it can't find GamescopeVersion.h.

This hasn't been my experience. The flathub package builds gamescope{,ctl,stream} fine with this MR.

I ended up adding it to both in master. Thanks for letting me know.
