Version 3.14.29-20: Mouse seems to move downwards when the game locks the mouse? #1478

Playing Apex Legends with the launch options below, I always get the issue of my camera being moved down to the ground. I am unsure if this is an issue exclusive to Apex, however before using gamescope I didn't have this issue before.

Launch options (a mess of things I found around the internet): gamescope -w 960 -h 540 -F fsr gamemoderun %command% -eac_launcher_settings=SettingsDX12.json +fps_max 60 -dxlevel 80 -high -dev +exec autoexec -threads 4 -w 960 -h 540

edit: game is played on windowed and mint is the distro used.

Can confirm I am having the same issue in FFXIV, dragging the mouse anywhere on the screen to move the camera instantly points it at the ground, sometimes turns me around. If I click to drag and make sure that my mouse isn't moving as I click, it will work as expected. Issue does not happen when not using gamescope.

Using --force-grab-cursor fixes the issue.
