[BUG] Doesn't find cstrike_downloads folder

Game fails to find "/cstrike_downloads/" when not connecting to a dedicated server.

I've attempted to start a listen server, after downloading a few maps, and they failed to show up in maps list when starting a "new game". Moved all files from "/cstrike_downloads/" folder to "/cstrike_addon".

Same issue also presents itself when amxmodx is attempting to "read" a file.

AMX (and other 3rd party plugins) will need code fixes to work with the new folder structure. I'll dig into why you aren't seeing the maps in the New Game dialog, what are your OS details.

Happens to me as well, maps in cstrike_downloads don't appear in the New Game tab, they still function as you can do a changelevel mapname after you load into a server and it works fine.

If you enable custom addon content and put the maps in there, they show up on the list as they should.
