[CS16][Linux]Game crashes while speaking to mic. #1241

I first reported this to wrong section so I copy paste it to here also.

Counter-strike crashes pretty often while I speak to microphone in game when someone else is also speaking at same time. Screen will stop refreshing, same sound loop will start playing and I can't do anything (even close game).

OS: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

Can you post the system details as detailed in the readme please, in particular I want the crashes block.
