[CZDS] OptionsSubAudio.res contain old audio options #1305

CS:DZ has a custom OptionsSubAudio.res file that contain EAX and A3D options, which no longer exist. I guess OptionsSubAudio.res can simply be removed from CZ:DS files to make use of the HL1 one instead.
