[DoD] Scoreboard height #1407

When there is too much players, you see some players cant be fit into scoreboard.

Screen size: 1280x1024

Valve should have fixed this a long time ago. I just downloaded Jeds Vgui for dod1.3 and it not only fixes that bug but makes the scoreboard darker so you can quickly find yourself. It also sets the amxmodx font to a little smaller so it doesn't clutter up your screen. www.wunderboy.org. NOTE once you install Jeds Vgui, if you repair your game cache files using steam, it will find that these files are not the default ones and overwrite them.

@mikela-valve The issue is still present. But somehow it's even more worse.

Also hostname is "DoD v1.2" by default. Even though game version is v1.3
