[DOD] 1 sec weapon fire delay after stopping a sprint or strafe = BAD

In dod, If I sprint then stop quickly. My first mouse click is ignored and I have to click it again to be able to fire. My weapon has fully appeared on the screen after I stop sprinting but I still cannot fire for a brief moment. This is the single worst bug IMHO because it gets me killed 10 or 15 times a map when otherwise I would have killed my enemy.

[EDIT] This doesn't just happen when sprinting, it happens when strafing right and left.
