[HL:BS] Player dies when loading next map in SP #1868

Hello I've noticed when I play on BS after the next map loads, it won't let me continue as it appears to noclip and appear away from where I supposed to be and I seems like I die - as my camera appears to move in a diagonal motion when moving my mouse horizontally.

I did verify cache and disabled the addon mods from bshift_addon folder from Options menu. I don't know if there's a problem with my Windows 7 64-bit PC. But I'm not sure if you guys could replicate that problem from your side.

This is what I had from completing the Duck Jump Pipe Hazard Course test just after loading next map:-

The Blue Shift version client is:- Protocol version 48 Exe version 1.1.2.2/Stdio (valve) Exe build: 09:10:05 Jul 7 2017 (7561)

I tested this real quick, no issues on my end. Do you have any kind of third party add-ons loaded, like Metamod or AMXMod?

No. Don't think those Metamod addons are needed for BS in Single Player mode.

Also when I start BS during Tram Intro I noticed that the 2 scientists above the tunnel entry, are "marching" near in the same spot where the tram descends diagonially just after passing the easter egg soccer ball. This could be the reason why my BS doesn't work.

Try running with developer 2, see if there are any errors. Maybe some files are missing, or something's going wrong during level changes.

Well I've loaded dev 2 mode and used "log on" to take note on the BS client loading the Intro Map again, and this "die" glitch occured again and this is what my console said:-
