Console behaviour #1970

There are two issues:

  1. When opening console using ~ while playing game and then again ~ we're not backing to the game, but to the menu
  2. When type something in console and then we want to call previous command using uparrow nothing happend, we have to remove the whole sequence of string and then press uparrow

Also I just noticed that copying from console (right mouse then copy also CTRL+C and CTRL+SHIFT+C) doesn't work either on my kde desktop. and it would be nice if we can interrupt using CTRL+C in linux

1) what kind of keyboard are you using? What is toggleconsole bound to? 2) this is by design

1) Thats happen for me too on Windows. It is when you changing your keyboard layout to non English. Then pressing ~ in game opens console and pressing it again closes, but leaves you in menu. With English layout it opens and then closes, returning to gameplay.
