[GoldSource/CS][Feature] Bomb remaining time #2182

If bomb is planted, round timer shows seconds remaining time until detonation.

This is an over-used feature on the communities, we should have it by default :)

I think a CVAR should be added if this featured is implemented. IMO it's funny if you don't know how much time left to detonate.
