Full support tutor messages from counter-strike: condition zero

Would be very nice for infos instead of that classical "spam" in the chat. The players would have their place to talk and the server would got his own place to display infos.

@wopox1337 Помнишь ты показывал анимацию каким-то образом связанную с tutor message? Попробуй создать ишью с feature, может реализуют какой-то функционал.

Я не помню. Ты там кидал видео с $2000$, там какая-то анимация valve/hl была. Прям мини анимационный спрайт, но не спрайт вроде.

Files that are missing and need to be added: resource/TutorScheme.res resource/UI/TutorTextWindow.res gfx/career/icon_i.tga gfx/career/icon_i-bigger.tga (???) gfx/career/icon_skulls.tga

Already have, but the other path (Steam\SteamApps\common\Half-Life\cstrike\gfx\vgui): gfx/career/icon!.tga gfx/career/icon!-bigger.tga gfx/career/round_corner_ne.tga gfx/career/round_corner_nw.tga gfx/career/round_corner_se.tga gfx/career/round_corner_sw.tga

It can be done by plugins, but you must force download the files to the players.

@mikela-valve it will be a great addition to the Next release, only add the files. Nothing more to do.

As far as I know, in addition to downloading files, need to restart the game client.
