[Video mode: Software] Counter-Strike 1.6 icon gets bugged #2280

This can happen with any game, Half-Life's icon turns into 2 half size green lambdas for me: afbeelding

Given the similarities the code responsible is probably incorrectly converting or uploading the image data in Software mode.

@kisak-valve Remove the Counter-Strike label please
