Menu Styling #2353

In-game menu elements are still in it's old green Steam client style. Maybe it's possible to make it same as the upcoming dark Steam client style when it's released? Or good as it is considering the age of this game?

Also, the in-game menu background picture is small and blurry on higher resolutions. Will there be a performance hit on low spec computers if it's replaced?

Is it possible to add a redesigned higher resolution icon for this game to create large icon desktop shortcuts in modern operating systems?

Changing this will affect all mods as well. If a mod applies custom styling that's intended to extend this then it will look strange.

Focus on fixing internal behavior. Let engine researches post the main broken things from goldsrc, please. We are fixing 1.6 and goldsrc related mods, not creating 1.7
