[CS:CZ] Bots on as_oilrig go down ladder and drown #2392

CZ bots auto detect ladders, and you cannot delete them or make them avoid it. This causes bots in the first few rounds to climb into the water and drown. Bots cannot swim. The bots also can't navigate back to the ladder once they are in the water. In other maps, bots may fail to go up the ladder as the waypoint makes them go behind the climbable area

Are you not able to edit the waypoint or change it so that it does no occur?

The bots auto waypoint ladders, so it is impossible to remove them going down the ladder without also removing a complete route from the bots (and a very important one)
