That looks like you are running on an out of date server (or one with a plugin corrupting the new SayText). What is the server ip and output of typing "status" when you are on that server?

Closing due to age. Please create a new issue if this still occurs with the 25th anniversary update (December 2023 Steam build). Newer builds also have improved support for widescreen resolutions.
