[Ricochet/DeathMatch Classic] VGUI doesn't use localization. #2451

You can't change Ricochet's (Deathmatch Classic as well) main menu language at all. It's always using English no matter what you pick from Language tab.

@mikela-valve It seems Deathmatch Classic has same issue.

@kisak-valve This is not actually a Feature Request but a bug. Feature Request tag is kind of out of place.
