[HL/CS/CSCZ/TFC etc.][Feature Request] Menu option to create online server. #2516

I found this interesting feature request in Source engine section. but since development there have been dead for more than a year I felt confident in bringing it here.

So online is the new lan for people nowadays, any I've seen countless forum posts about people trying to just create a listen server to play with their friends, but it gets created on lan by default, and you have to explain them to change sv_lan every time. I think an option to start it as an online game would be a nice addition to the create server dialog in these games.

i did several lan servers but absolutely forgot that this has been removed from the menu since 1.5. or hell knows when but i saw last time in 1.5 lol.
