impulse 101 (cs 1.6) #264

With "sv_cheats 1" this command(impulse 101) used to let you rebuy anywhere on the map. It was really useful for practicing various smokes/flashes/spams/etc.. But it seems to have no effect now.

EDIT: impulse 101 wasn't working for me because you have to have sv_cheats enabled before you create the listen server. I also confused 1.6 with promod(which expands the impulse 101 command to allow rebuy anywhere).

Is this happening on a specific title or on all of them?

Updated the title, happens in cs 1.6.

About the flashlight part, did you perhaps check if mp_flashlight was set to 0?

It actually used to change your money to 16k.

Confirmed the flashlight "error" was the server disabling it. Removed from topic.

@MPNumB it would do that as well as what I mentioned.

impulse 101 credits you with $16k, it didn't let you rebuy anywhere. I just checked with a local listen server and it is working correctly for me.

Oh I got 1.6 confused with promod(which provides the rebuy anywhere functionality with impulse 101). @alfred-valve if it's easy to do it would be nice to have this in 1.6 as well.

Also for anyone else having trouble with sv_cheats not working in a listen server you have to put sv_cheats 1 in console before you start the server.
