CS 1.6 Korean Localization #3091

Hello. I want to contribute CS 1.6 Korean version translation. but Korean Steam Translation Server (Kalve) didn't check my application. So I translated many parts and I want to submit it. Please reply if it can possible. Thanks.

CS 1.6 is not supported here. This repo is for GoldSrc SDK, not CS 1.6 development.

이곳은 GoldSrc를 개발하는 곳입니다. 현재로써 1.6을 번역하고 싶으시면 번역지원 밖에 없습니다.

What on earth is "CSGO 1.6"? Is that like the rare and hard to find WindowsMacOS? Or LinuxDOS?

CS 1.6 is a GoldSRC engine game, and issues in it would be related to the HL engine since it runs on the HL engine.

Sorry, I typed CSGO instead of CS without being aware. I heard the only formal way to contrinbute to Valve games is through the translation server(https://translation.steampowered.com/). Also, I wonder that VAC bans the player if someone adjust non-official translation patches.

I don't know where can you get the strings to translate them but, if you do, you could post them here https://github.com/ValveSoftware/halflife/issues/2311

Editing text strings in a text file falls under game customization. VAC is basically an antivirus and uses signature detection and known injection points to detect cheats. Game customization is not cheating. Servers that don't want clients using custom content on their server can just set sv_pure 1.

Thank you for your comments. I read #2311 and I saw there's many people want to translate CS 1.6 instead Steam Translation Server. I made translation files and I submitted applications to STS but they don't check my application. So I'd like to ask @mikela-valve who commented on #2311 for help.

Just a useful information: Currently, the manager of Korean STS does not care Korean since 2016 or so.
